Abstract

The system of integrated information and technology management, based on the concepts that the variability of space and time influence crop yields, is still unclear for some situations. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the temporal variability of soil nutrients between successive crops of wheat and soybean and to evaluate the spatial variability of the yield of the two crops related to the spatial variability of soil nutrients. Soil samples were collected at georeferenced points in an area of 41 ha, with a rectangular grid of 100 x 100 m, to determine soil fertility. The productivity and physiological quality of wheat and soybean seeds were also evaluated. The tests carried out were germination, first counting of germination, accelerated aging, field emergence and electrical conductivity. The results were submitted to descriptive and geostatistical statistics analyzes. The spatial distribution of productivity is related to the spatial distribution of phosphorus and calcium content. Potassium content presents temporal variability between wheat and soybean cultivation. The temporal evaluation resulted in a spatialization of the physiological quality of the seeds, indicating a more favorable zone for the production of high quality seeds of both crops.
