The creation of strategies for teaching and learning in addition to health care training programs for the LGBTI+ population can positively result in raising knowledge. Thus, this work aims to identify the scientific productions available in the literature on the rights related to the health of the LGBTI+ population that will contribute to the construction of an educational technology to mediate the teaching learning of nursing students. Knowing that health is a right of all and duty of the state, to guarantee it in the face of its peculiarities it becomes necessary to understand how challenging are the cultural, sexual, social, political and economic crossings that permeate each subject. Therefore, investing in professional training for the effectiveness of the single health system becomes a great challenge to provide changes in the paradigms of the performance of these professionals, making them able to aggregate aspects that involve the health of the LGBTI+ population in their daily lives.
