Uma Revisão Sistemática dos Indicadores da Saúde e Bem-Estar no Brasil: Cenário Atual e Perspectivas Futuras da Agenda 2030

Abstract

In 2015, the United Nations proposed to member countries a new sustainable development agenda for the next 15 years, the 2030 Agenda, consisting of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, among them, SDG 3, which aims to ensure a healthy living and promoting well-being for all. The objective of this study is to collect current data on the indicators of good health and well-being defined in the 2030 Agenda and, based on a comparative analysis with the Millennium Development Goals, indicate future perspectives for Brazil. Based on a systematic literature review (SLR), 45 studies were selected in a database between 2015 and 2022 to identify the indexes of the indicators. The content analysis method indicated that the most searched category among the goals of SDG 3 was noncommunicable diseases, with ten articles published. The SLR results corroborate data available in the literature and point out that there was a worsening in the analyzed indicators of SDG 3 in 2021, suggesting the prospect that Brazil will not meet the targets by 2030.
