Qualidade de vida em servidores administrativos: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Abstract

According to the WHO (World Health Organization) quality of life can be defined as “an individual's perception of” their position in life, in the context of the culture and value systems in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards and concerns'' Quality of life is a progressive concern in society, and this is due to the association between health and QoL, even being considered as synonymous terms, however this is a broader term that involves not only health, but physical, mental and social well-being as well. In this way, the research aimed to investigate aspects regarding the quality of life of quality of life in technical-administrative employees. It was an integrative literature review, carried out between the months of August and October of this year. There was a gradual increase in the number of productions and that they were related to the servers' perception of their quality of life, its measurement through specific instruments and the measurement of the effectiveness of programs to promote quality of life in this population.
