Avaliação do Atendimento Nutricional da Clínica-Escola de Nutrição do Sudoeste da Bahia
Abstract
Nutritional clinical care to users of a health service can be performed in a public, private, or clinical-school outpatient clinic. It is a Professional activity that enables students in their academic training to perform nutritional care with supervisor and nutritionist, and finally act in health promotion and disease prevention. This study aimed to investigate the nutritional clinical care provided to patients assisted by academics of the Nutrition course of a Higher Education Institution in the Southwest of Bahia. The research presents a consubstantiated opinion of nº 3252.015. The evaluation of the service that attended the nutrition clinic-school was performed remotely by google Forms, with six guiding questions, five of objective nature and one descriptive, from February to June 2022. We investigated 8 adult patients, female prevalence and schooling up to 2 complete degree. Those investigated reported having been well received and welcomed in the Nutrition Clinic-School, had references about the service through friends and sought care in order to lose weight. The patients were considered satisfactory. Thus, it is necessary to understand the process of care provided in order to outline nutritional care strategies to guide the patient in adopting adequate eating habits.
