Evaluation of the satisfaction of users of physiotherapy services as a health management tool

Abstract

Health evaluation plays an important role in improving intervention axes with the purpose of transforming targeted health services, especially when it addresses the population's perspective and considers the adequacy of service provision and the evaluation of results in its area. This work aims to evaluate user satisfaction in relation to physiotherapy services provided by health establishments as a health management tool. This is an integrative review carried out between December 2023 and January 2024 in databases, which includes primary studies that involved users of physiotherapy services in the outpatient and hospital network and which evaluated the satisfaction of users of physiotherapy services. of Brazil in the period between 2011 and 2023 in any language. Results: The results of this review indicate that access and reception must be fundamental elements in care so that it can affect the health status of the individual and the community. Studies prove user satisfaction in relation to physiotherapy services offered by health institutions and that several factors can influence the individual's perception in relation to the degree of satisfaction.
