Methods: This is a cross-sectional research, with a quantitative approach, carried-out during period from September 2020 to March 2021, baseade on the evaluation of 190 vaccine cards of children enrolled in four centers for early childhood education in Palmas, one in the region north, two in the region south and one in the farm, after a positive response to the invitation made for WhatsApp to parentes/ guardians. Results: The age of the students who had their cards evaluated ranged from 22 to 80 months, with 54,74% being male. It was found that 39,47% had the vaccine schedule in delay, according to the basic calendar of the ministry of health. As for the presence of a schedule, about 31,05% of the cards did not have this note. Conclusion: Just over half of the children had their vaccination schedule up to date, thus not reaching the recommended minimum coverage. The results pointed to the need for health intervention to identify absentees, thereby improving vaccination coverage rates.
